Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across the area this weekend. Rainfall amounts will average below a half inch in most areas, but some localized totals over 1" are possible.
Given the scattered nature of showers and storms, outdoor plans may still proceed without disruption in some locations this weekend, but it would be a good idea to keep close watch on conditions and have a backup plan in case rain does occur at your location.
