WEATHER STORY
Amarillo
Weather Forecast Office
Severe Potential Sunday Weekend Heat Palo Duro Canyon Heat Safety
With a system moving across the Rockies tomorrow, out ahead there's potential for severe weather. the main focus of the severe threat will be in the western KS area, but that threat "could" stretch further south into our northeast zones. This is highly conditional and is not expected to be scattered or widespread in nature if we manage to get anything develop. That being said, if something does develop storms will likely go severe with all hazards possible.
