The heaviest rains are expected to fall between Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night. The rain may transition to a rain/snow mix or all snow in far north-central Wisconsin Thursday afternoon and evening before ending. The highest rainfall amounts are expected north and west of east-central Wisconsin. Localized urban street flooding and flooding in low lying areas is possible, especially where storm drains are clogged by fallen leaves.
