WEATHER STORY
Los Angeles/Oxnard
Weather Forecast Office
Extreme Heat Warning Tuesday -Thursday this week Extreme Heat Watch
A warming trend this week will increase to dangerous heat Tuesday through Thursday, peaking Wednesday. Warm overnight lows, decreasing low cloud coverage near the coast, and monsoonal moisture will add to the heat discomfort. Tips to Stay Safe: Stay hydrated and find shade. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke in yourself and others. Ensure pets and livestock have access to shade and water. Never leave kids or pets in a parked car for any amount of time!
