Rain is returning to the Inland Northwest this weekend! Confidence has increased that widespread rain will occur tonight until Sunday night. Rain will mostly be beneficial, but heavy rain could result in localized flooding in urban areas and debris flows in steep terrain, and near recently burned areas. Before the rain arrives, take a few minutes to clear leaves and debris from gutters and neighborhood storm drains to help prevent localized pooling.
