Key Messages
Snow showers this morning mix in some freezing rain. Chances of a light glaze of ice are 40-70% in the west, which could cause some slick surfaces this morning.
A break in the precip shortly after noon is followed by widespread ¼ to ½ inch of rain.
Southerly wind gusts of 30-40 mph today, especially for the slopes along Lake Superior.
Precip wraps up overnight tonight, with prolonged periods of temperatures above freezing and widespread rain this weekend leading to rising creeks and rivers.
