Strong winds are expected across the region tonight into Monday. Maximum wind gusts may reach 55 mph along the North Shore, specifically in areas like Grand Marais and Grand Portage. Elsewhere, gusts between 30-45 mph are forecast. The wind in combination with still falling snow over northwest Wisconsin will cause considerable blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibility. Secure loose outdoor objects and be prepared for potentially difficult driving conditions. Blizzard Warnings remain in effect for Ashland, Iron and Price counties due to the combination of heavy snowfall and strong winds. #MNwx #WIwx
