5:10 PM Update: Scattered thunderstorms currently moving into east-central MN and NW WI. Most storms will be capable of producing small hail and gusty winds. Some storms may produce localized hail up to 1” and wind gusts up to 60 mph (Probability: 5%) through around 9 PM, though potential decreases after sunset. The tornado threat is low, but not zero. Otherwise, as showers and storms increase in coverage this evening into tonight, heavy rainfall rates could lead to minor flooding.
