Milder weather returns for the next couple of days, especially in northern lower Michigan. Highs will reach the 50s in many areas south of M-32. There’s a chance for snow and rain today in eastern upper Michigan. Better chances for precipitation expand across the area Thursday, mainly rain in northern lower, but with a wintry mix north of the Bridge. Some icy roads are possible in eastern upper Michigan Thursday morning. Much colder weather arrives for Friday, though a gradual warming trend returns as we move through the weekend.
