A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for most of eastern OH thru western PA while a
Ice Storm Warning has been issued for the higher elevations SE of Pittsburgh.
This is due to the likelihood for seeing freezing rain that leads to ice accumulations,
with the higher terrain areas likely to exceed the warning criteria threshold of 0.25" of ice.
The main concern will be travel after 8pm Wednesday through the morning commute Thursday,
