Strengthening northeast winds increase blowing snow and blizzard conditions. Widespread blizzard conditions expected tonight into Monday morning. Worst conditions near Lake Superior where travel will be impossible. Moderate to heavy snowfall rates with strong winds slowly tapering off late on Monday.
