An upper level low pressure system will drop into Southern California, and interact with moisture from Tropical Storm Rachel. While Rachel will stay far south of Los Angeles County, the area will still see some rain as early as Saturday into as late as Tuesday. Totals will be up to 1.00 inch, with isolated heavier showers or thunderstorms possible (5-10% chance). Temperatures will finally cool down to the mid-60s to low 70s by Monday.
