There were a few cold fronts that moved through the state bringing snow, rain and cold temperatures. These were followed by warming trends with highs sometimes 10 to 15 degrees above normal. May 6th was the coldest day with several record lows. The 13th was a windy and very hot day. Buffalo set a new all-time record high for May.
