Wednesday Morning Update: Here's something to keep an eye on as we move into the weekend. Thunderstorm risks will be on the increase Saturday night and especially Sunday. Depending on the track and longevity of the rain Sunday morning, skies may clear enough and the atmosphere may become favorable for scattered strong to severe storms to develop Sunday afternoon and evening. A front moving through Monday will also bring another risk for severe storms to portions of the area. We still have a few days to go before this risk arrives, but continue to monitor the SPC convective outlooks in the days ahead.
