Dangerously hot and humid conditions continue today as highs climb into the upper 90s and heat indices over 110°F. Temperatures will be hottest this afternoon, but remain warm even after sunset with lows only falling into the upper 70s overnight. Practice good heat safety and avoid prolonged time outdoors. If you must be outdoors, heat illness could occur. Make sure to take frequent breaks in the A/C or shade, and drink plenty of water. Never leave kids or pets in a car unattended.
