Very strong winds will develop out ahead of an approaching Pacific storm system Tuesday. In the high wind warning area: southerly wind speeds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph are possible across central Nevada. In the advisory area: southerly wind speeds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph are possible across northern Nevada. Localized blowing dust may drop the visibility to one mile or less with hazardous driving conditions possible.
