Periods of unsettled weather are expected across Northern and Central Nevada this evening through Saturday afternoon. Most valley locations below 6000 feet in elevation will see a mix of rain and snow showers in the coming days, with all snow in the mountains. This graphic shows the projected QPF (or combined rain and melted snow) on the left, with the projected storm total snowfall amounts on the right, for the 72 hour period beginning Wednesday 4PM, and ending Saturday 4PM.
