A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued from 10 PM PST Wednesday December 25th through 4 PM Friday December 27th 2025, for the following locations:
Northern Elko County, and the Ruby Mountain/East Humboldt Range, for snowfall of 2" to 5" with locally higher amounts possible.
South Central Elko, and Southwestern Elko County above 5500 feet elevation for snowfall of 1" to 4". Snowfall up to 0.5" will be possible for elevations below 5500 feet.
