A wintry mix of rain and snow will move in across much of northern Nevada this evening and overnight. While most precipitation in valley locations is expected to fall as rain, summits and higher elevations along Interstate 80 between Battle Mountain and West Wendover are expected to receive snow. The heaviest shower activity is expected Friday morning, roughly between 2 AM and 10 AM. These graphics depict the expected ranges of snowfall this evening through 4 PM Friday.
