Locally extreme rainfall amounts from tropical rainbands around Isaias will bring 4 to 10 inches of widespread rainfall with local amounts to near 15 inches. This much rain would lead to locally considerable flash and urban flooding. Minor river flooding is expected on a few rivers, and moderate flooding is possible. There is a Moderate Risk (Level 3 of 4) of Excessive Rainfall for the Florida Panhandle, along with portions of the Big Bend, Southwest Georgia, and Southeast Alabama.
