WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM SUNDAY TO 11 AM PDT MONDAY for The Santa Cruz Mountains, North Bay Interior Mountains, Eastern Santa Clara Hills, and East Bay Hills. Expect North to northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Local gusts up to 60 mph. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
