Areas of dense fog are expected to begin redeveloping by 10 pm CT tonight across portions of southwest and north central Nebraska. Visibility can reduce quickly where visibility will drop to a ¼ mile or less overnight and gradually lift around 9 am CST Friday. The most extensive area for dense fog to develop will be east of a line from Hamlet, Tryon, Thedford, Ainsworth and Butte. If driving into areas of fog use low beams and slow down. Low temperatures will drop to around 30 degrees with freezing fog possible to cause slick surfaces.
