A weak disturbance moving through the region will bring a chance for rain and snow showers late tonight to the northern areas of the U.P, with the best chance over the Keweenaw. Rain and snow showers will diminish through the day from west to east. Up to an inch of snowfall is possible in the Keweenaw. Temperatures will rise well above freezing on Wednesday with some sun over the southern U.P. during the afternoon. The chance for rain and snow showers returns late Wednesday night into Thursday as a cold front pushes south across the U.P.
