While the drizzly and foggy conditions have started to improve this afternoon, they will return tonight into Tuesday morning as the low clouds stick around. There will also be another round of scattered showers moving in over central SD early Tuesday morning into the early afternoon, with fog and drizzle continuing to occur in areas that do not have the showers. Under these low clouds, the temperatures will not change too much, only a couple of degrees between now and overnight and Tuesday. However, if there is a little bit of clearing in the clouds, the low temperatures could be between 35 to 45 degrees.
