There will be a chance of light rain showers focused toward northwest Iowa and further southeast Thursday night, but rainfall amounts look minimal. Winds will be increasing Friday and Saturday, with gusts of 20 to 40 mph, leading to possible fire weather concerns. Otherwise, afternoon high temperatures through the period will be mostly in the 70s to mid 80s, while nighttime lows drop into the mid 40s to mid 50s.
